Penn Engineering lodges plans for expansion of Mervue plant

Penn Engineering, based at Mervue Business Park, has lodged plans for an expansion.

The project involves the construction of a single-story warehouse linking two existing buildings.

The works would include the re-activation of a former junction to Joyces Road to the east of the site.

There’d also be some changes to signage, site wayfinding, pedestrian routes and bicycle parking.

Planners are due to make a decision this month.
