Transition year students from Archbishop Mc Hale secondary school in Tuam completed a four-week course in basic kickboxing, self-defence and street awareness with professional martial artist and
Black Dragon chief coach Pete Foley.
The students each received a leaflet containing safety information and tips on to street awareness.
