Three Changes for Connacht Ahead of United Rugby Championship Clash with Ulster

The Connacht team has been announced for Saturday’s (28th December 2024) United Rugby Championship clash with Ulster.

Head coach Pete Wilkins makes three changes from the side beaten by Leinster last week with Caolin Blade, Jack Carty and Santiago Cordero coming into the starting 15.

The team in full:

Piers O’Conor at full back;

A three-quarter line of Mack Hansen, Cathal Forde, Bundee Aki and Santiago Cordero;

Out half Jack Carty partners scrum half Caolin Blade;

Denis Buckley, Dave Heffernan and Finlay Bealham are the front row;

Josh Murphy and Darragh Murray are behind them;

While the back row contains captain Cian Prendergast, Shamus Hurley-Langton and Paul Boyle.

Replacements: Dylan Tierney-Martin, Peter Dooley, Jack Aungier, Oisin Dowling, Sean Jansen, Ben Murphy, Shane Jennings, Conor Oliver.
