St. Michael's are in action for a fourth consecutive week on Saturday (16th November 2024) when they travel to take on Mayo's Crossmolina Deel Rovers.
Mike Hughes' team beat Caltra last week in the county intermediate final replay after extra time (1-15 to 0-15) and will hope to go on another journey, like they did during their last sojourn outside Galway in 2008 when they made it to Croke Park.
Tommy Kelly has been a stalwart for the club for many years and served as a Galway GAA delegate for over four decades before retiring in 2022. During the week, Galway Bay FM's Darren Kelly went to meet Tommy at his home and talk about his football life, the game, St. Michael's and his thoughts on the current generation.
Throw-in at MacHale Park, Castlebar on Saturday is 1.30pm and we'll have LIVE coverage here on Galway Bay FM.
