SOCCER: Galway United 2-0 Shamrock Rovers (Under 14 National Final Reaction with Xavi Vasquez)

Galway United were crowned National Under 14 Champions on Saturday (8th November) following a 2-0 victory over Shamrock Rovers at the Athlone Town Stadium.

Denis Sirbu and Kyle Fitzgerald struck goals in either half for the the boys in maroon.

Afterwards, winning manager Xavi Vasquez chatted to Galway Bay FM's Mike Rafferty.
