Senior and Intermediate Football Championship update

The draws for the Quarter Finals of the Senior Football Championship were made in Pearse Stadium on Sunday:

Corofin v Mountbellew/Moylough

Salthill/Knocknacarra v Claregalway

An Spideal v Tuam Stars

St Michaels v Moycullen

Those games are scheduled for the weekend of the 21st and 22nd of September.

The SFC relegation playoff draw is:

An Cheathru Rua v Naomh Anna Leitir Mor

Killererin v Caherlistrane

St James v Barna

Relegation to Intermediate: Two (2) teams to be relegated to Intermediate for 2020. Three losers play off against each other in a round robin. The top team in the Group retains Senior Status for the following year. The two bottom teams in the Group are relegated to Intermediate for the following year.

The Intermediate Championship Semi-Finals are:

Oughterard v Dunmore MacHales

Micheal Breathnach v Cortoon Shamrocks

IFC Semi-Finals – Extra time in Semi-Finals (10 x 2) if required – (Replays if required - Replays subject to "Finish on the day" - procedure as above)

Final - Replay in Final if required - no extra time - (Replay subject to "Finish on the day" - procedure as above)
