Schools Gather in Creggs for Inaugural Connacht Rugby GRETB Cup

Schools from the Galway Roscommon Educational Training Board gathered in Creggs this afternoon for the inaugural Connacht Rugby GRETB Cup which is organised by the GRETB and Connacht Rugby.

The competition was played in a fun blitz format and featured Colaiste An Creagan from Mountbellew, Tuam Youthreach and Roscommon Youthreach who had two teams each in the competition.

After a fun morning’s rugby, the following awards were presented by Lyndon Jones of Connacht Rugby.

Best Newcomer: Tuam Youthreach

Most Improved: Roscommon Youthreach

Most Skilful: Colaiste An Chreagáin Mountbellew

The teams from Mountbellew, Roscommon and Tuam who took part in the GRETB Connacht Rugby Cup in Creggs this morning.
