Ronan Grimes Looking ahead to a busy Para Cycling season

Athenry Para Cyclist Ronan Grimes is continuing his preparations ahead of a busy season that sees the World Championships in Rio, two World Cup events and then the Paralympics in Paris later this year.

Last year was a stunning one for the Galway athlete who won medals at the Para Cycling World Championships in Glasgow and is now known as one of the best in the World.

Ronan spoke to John Mulligan as part of the Paralympics media event held on Thursday.
