To announce their partnership in bringing Ireland’s
only Diploma in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning to Galway,
Setanta College and All Core Gym will be presenting an interactive workshop on
‘Lessons of Elite Sport’, with special guest, Peter Stringer.
Taking place in All Core Gym, Galway on 18th
September, attendees will have chance to hear from an array of coaches working
at the forefront of bespoke S&C programme design including S&C coach,
Niall O’Toole, Performance Nutritionist, Amy McGuire, founder of Setanta
College, Dr. Liam Hennessy and former rugby player, Peter Stringer.
Liam was Director of Fitness with the IRFU at the
turn of the professional era, shaping a golden generation of players such as
Stringer, O'Connell, and O'Driscoll. Peter went on to win 98 international caps
and has only recently retired after a phenomenal 20-year career in the pro
ranks.
The event will mark the launch of Setanta College’s

where students can study part-time online and attend practical workshops in All
Core Gym’s state-of-art facility.
Situated just outside Galway city, All Core Gym is
Setanta College's latest venue, with practical workshops also being held in
SportsLab, Thurles and ABC Gym, Dublin.
