Mervue United and Salthill Devon booked their place in the last sixteen of the FAI Junior Cup at the weekend with wins over Letterkenny Rovers and Douglas Hall.
On Saturday, two from Aaron Neary and one from Jason Molloy combined with a late penalty save from Peter Healy saw Mervue beat the Donegal side 3-1.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, it was much more comfortable for Salthill Devon with their 5-0 win over Douglas Hall. Their goals coming from Conor Barry and Colin Kelly with two each and one from Ben McDonnell.
