Storm Bert and the red weather warning has played havoc with this weekend's Galway FA local junior fixtures (22nd-24th November).

Mervue United came from four goals down to draw 6-6 away to Moyne Villa. Padraic Cunningham scored a hat-trick for the hosts. And Athenry picked up a much needed 2-0 win over Galway Hibs, who missed a penalty for the second game in succession.
