Salthill/Knocknacarra were crowned currentaccount.ie All-Ireland Junior Ladies Football champions on Saturday (18th December 2022).
Alyssa Manley's goal on 60 minutes settled the contest but Donal O'Connell's team led from the second minute when Kate Thompson opening the scoring.
They became the first Galway club since Caltra Cuans in 2010 to win this competition, and just the second overall.
