Galway's senior ladies footballers meet Meath this Saturday (9th July) in the TG4 All-Ireland quarter-final.
It's a first clash between the counties in the championship since the Tribeswomen were 2-10 to 0-15 winners in a quarter-final replay in 2006.
However, the Royals are the reigning champions and will start as strong favourites having added this year's league crown to their collection.
But Galway did win the Connacht championship and bounced back from defeat against Kerry to with a 1-18 to 0-4 victory over Westmeath three weeks ago.
Galway joint manager Maghnus Breathnach has been chatting to Galway Bay FM's Darren Kelly.
Coca-Cola Thank You Fund Ambassador, Sarah Rowe, visited former fund recipients of Down Syndrome Ireland, Mayo Branch recently to see first-hand the impact the Fund has had on local community groups.
And she chatted to Galway Bay FM and SportsDaz about that, Galway's game against Meath, Mayo vs Cork, Australian Rules and her lack of success on 'Pulling With My Parents.'
Throw-in between Galway and Meath in O'Connor Park, Tullamore on Saturday is 7.15pm and we'll have live coverage here on Galway Bay FM.
