Christine O'Connor is a name you may not be familiar with but in the world of TV Broadcasting she is known as one of the finest camera operators in the business.
A native of Indreabhán, Christine worked as an Au Pair in Paris before coming home and getting involved in a course that would lead her to venues and occasions all around the world including a special meeting with then President of South Africa Nelson Mandela and working with U2!
Christine has featured in the coverage of many great sporting events around the globe and has been involved in all the major occasions in Ireland like the Pro14, European Champions Cup and the All-Ireland Finals in Gaelic Games.
Christine spoke to John Mulligan and gave a fascinating insight into her career of over thirty years.
