Galway hurlers open their National League campaign tomorrow afternoon (Saturday) at 2 o'clock in Pearse Stadium when they take on Westmeath. When the sides met in last year's league in Mullingar, Galway won by 4-27 to 1-12 as Henry Shefflin's side also beat Wexford and Clare, but lost at home to Cork and eventual champions Limerick. After losing out to Wexford in the Walsh Cup final last weekend, the Galway management has made 11 changes to the starting team for tomorrow and ahead of the game, Sean Walsh, Cyril Donnellan and Niall Canavan look forward to what lies in store over the coming weeks...
