Galway U20 footballers crowned Connacht champions - Report and Reaction

Galway were crowned Eirgrid Connacht Under-20 football champions last night after they beat holders Mayo by 0-16 to 0-10 at Tuam Stadium. The foundations for Galway's win were laid in the first half as the home side went in 0-10 to 0-4 in front and with Man of the Match Liam Costello in sparkling form (0-4), Mayo never got within striking distance of a comeback.
