There are 4 changes to the Galway Senior Hurling team to play Limerick on Sunday – game live on Galway Bay Fm at 2pm. Into the team come Sean Loftus, St Thomas’ Shane Cooney at centre back, Aidan Harte and Sean Bleahene. From the team that defeated Westmeath, Darren Morrissey, Johnny Coen (away), the injured Tadhg Haran and Ja Mannion drop out as Galway manager Shane O’Neill returns to his native county. It will be Shane Cooney’s first appearance since 2018, while his fellow club men Eanna Burke, Conor Cooney and Darragh Burke return to the squad for the Gaelic Grounds encounter.
