Both teams sit second in their tables with two wins from two games played each. Galway are only placed behind Limerick and Dublin on score difference.
Coming up for the footballers is a home match with Mayo next Sunday in Pearse Stadium. As for the hurlers their next game against Offaly will also take place at home in Pearse Stadium on Sunday week, Feb 18th.
