The All Ireland and National League Champions Galway will be holding a special celebration this Friday Evening in Duggan Park Ballinasloe where the All-Ireland and league Cups will be on display. There will also be a novelty match with the Stars of last Sunday playing against former stars from 1996 and all the way up to 2013…there might even be a few surprise guests!
To make the occasion, Sean Walsh spoke to the three captains who have lifted the O'Duffy Cup since Galway's first win in 1996, Imelda Hobbins, Lorraine Ryan and 2019 captain Sarah Dervan.
All proceeds to the Galway Camogie All-Ireland Players' Fund,
It all gets underway at 8pm.
