After never winning a competitive game outside of Galway, three victories before Christmas secured Dunmore MacHales a Connacht intermediate title and they now prepare for an All-Ireland intermediate semi-final this Saturday (7th January).
Their opponents are Tyrone's Galbally Pearses (crowned Ulster champions on December 21st), while Gary Delaney's haven't played since their 1-16 to 1-13 Connacht Final win over Roscommon's St. Dominic's.
The winner will play in Croke Park the following week.
Leading up to the game, Dunmore mentor Denis Fallon has been chatting to Galway Bay FM's Darren Kelly.
Throw-in at St. Loman's GAA, Mullingar on Saturday is 1.30pm.
