There was double success for Galway at the SFAI Inter-League soccer finals over the weekend in Tipperary as both the U12 and U13 Girls' teams were victorious, while the U15 Girls and U16 Boys were unfortunate to lose out in their finals.

The U12 Girls were 2-0 winners over MGL South on Saturday in Cahir Park, while the U15 Girls lost out 3-0 to the same opposition. Then yesterday (Sunday), two goals from Holly O'Leary and one from Arabella Fallon helped the Galway U13 Girls (pictured above) win the Bowl final 3-0 against MGL North, while the Galway U16 Boys were most unlucky to lost out 5-4 on penalties to Cork after their Cup final finished 0-0 after extra time.
