Daniel Moynihan ratified as Galway senior ladies football manager

Daniel Moynihan was last night ratified as the new manager of the Galway Senior Ladies football team for next season. The Ballinasloe man led Galway to All-Ireland Minor success this year with victory over Kildare in the final and he takes over from Maghnus Breathnach and Fiona Wynne who were the joint management team for the past two years. Daniel’s backroom team with the minors included Nioclas Mac Donnacha, Enda Holmes, Katrina Connolly and Neil Moynihan.

Speaking to John Mulligan, the newly ratified Galway Senior Manager said he was looking forward to the challenge.

Nigel Walsh from Kilconly has been appointed county minor ladies’ manager.
