Connacht preperations continue ahead of first game of South Africian Trip

Connacht are continuing their preparations ahead of their two games in South Africa starting on Saturday with United Rugby Champions The DHL Stormers.

Connacht will look to put last weekend’s defeat to Ulster behind them against a side who are playing their first game in the competition.

The teams have just met once before as tries from Paul Boyle, Tom Daly and Peter Sullivan gave Andy Friend’s men a 19-17 win in the Sportsground last February.

William Davies is in South Africa with the team and he has been speaking to Connacht Scrum and contact coach Colm Tucker following the team’s training session.
