Breda Power Nominated for Community Games National Volunteer Award

The Aldi Community Games ‘Golden Jubilee Volunteer’ will be announced at an awards ceremony on March 18th and will be presented with a holiday prize sponsored by The Irish Independent.

Each of the 27 volunteers representing all counties have been nominated by their County in recognition of the endless work they have done in the past 50 years.

Galway's Representative is Breda Power who for the past 42 years has been involved in Community Games at Local, Provincial and National Level. Breda is currently Chairperson of Corofin/Belclare/Sylane Community Games and Connacht PRO.
