BASKETBALL: Galway Teams of the Decade and Hall of Fame to be Awarded on Tuesday

The Galway Area Basketball Boards are hosting their awards this evening (Tuesday, 30th May 2023), where they will name their Men’s and Women’s Local League Team of the Decade from 2010 to 2020.

They are also inducting four members into their Hall of Fame – Pat Bourke from St. Colman’s, Corrib’s Ita Greene, Maura Harte representing Claregalway and University of Galway Mystics, and Joe King for Shamrocks.

The event begins in the Connacht Hotel from 7pm.
