For the second successive year, Ballinasloe and Easkey go head-to-head in the Connacht Junior Hurling Final on Sunday (17th November).
The Sligo side were 1-18 to 2-12 winners last year, retaining their title and go for three-in-a-row this weekend.
Ballinasloe successfully retained their county Junior 1 crown with a 3-14 to 3-10 win over An Spidéal in the replay and this will be their third consecutive weekend in action.
Killimor's Colum O'Meara, now living in Cappataggle, has worked with many clubs and county teams throughout the province as well as Longford, London and Australia. He has managed and coached Easkey in recent seasons leading them to Sligo and Connacht success. He sat down with Galway Bay FM's Darren Kelly during the week to look ahead to the game.
Throw-in at the Connacht GAA Centre, Bekan on Sunday is 12.30pm and we'll have full coverage on our website galwaybayfm.ie. We'll also be LIVE on air after the 1pm news on Galway Bay FM.
