Ballinasloe Hosts Successful Connacht Community Games Finals

What a wonderful day at the Aldi Community Games Connaught Finals in Ballinasloe! Great competition and wonderful weather led to a day of sport and fun for over 60 Teams from the 5 Counties of Connaught who participated.

Appreciation to John Byrne CEO Aldi Community
Games,  Cllr Jimmy McClearn Chairman Galway County Council,  Cllr
Aisling Dolan and Cllr Dermot Connolly and  Sinead Colleran HQ who attend
the Opening Ceremony.  

A huge Thanks to Connaught Chair Carmel Greally
and the Galway and Connaught Committees who organised the day.

Thanks to the Ballinalsoe Sports Bodies who allowed
Community Games the use of the excellent facilities, Emerald Ball Room, The
Ballinasloe Rugby and Soccer Club.
