All Systems Go For Gort Community School Super 9’s Hurling Tomorrow

Sixteen of the top hurling schools in the country will be in Gort tomorrow for the All-Ireland Super 9’s tournament hosted by Gort Community School.

This tournament, in its second year, will see the top U15 hurlers all battling it out over a full day of competition and will be attended by the President of the GAA Larry McCarthy.

Run by the students as part of the TY Future Leaders Programme, It has in a short space in time become one of the major successes and this year also saw Camogie introduced for the first time.

Two of the organisers, Aisling Dolphin and Seamus Hennelly, joined John in the studio as part of Sunday Sport.
