Circle K, Ireland’s leading forecourt and convenience retailer and official FAI partner, announced 10 local football clubs who are in with a chance to win new kit for their teams and a meet and greet with the men’s national team as part of Circle K’s Kit for Clubs competitions.
The 10 shortlisted clubs are:
- Cregmore Claregalway FC
- Claregalway, Portumna
- Portumna, Oughterard AFC
- Oughterard, West Utd
- Claddagh, Tuam Celtic FC
- Tuam, Moyne Villa FC
- Headford, Colga FC
- Kilcolgan/ Ardrahan, Maree Oranmore FC
- Maree Oranmore, Corrib Rangers
- Westside, Claremorris FC

Circle K Kits for Clubs is the latest grassroots football initiative from Circle K, who last year gave €100,000 to clubs across the country as part of their Circle K Grassroots Giveaway. Circle K Kits for Clubs is open to all clubs who are Circle K FAI Club Mark accredited. The Circle K FAI Club Mark programme aims to provide clubs with a road map to good governance, reward clubs for achieving and maintaining high standards, recognise clubs for their commitment and achievements and help grow football in communities across the country.
Speaking at the announcement, Ciara Foxton, Managing Director of Circle K Ireland said: “Circle K are incredibly proud to support grassroots football and excited to announce the 10 shortlisted clubs for our new Kit for Clubs campaign in partnership with the FAI. By providing brand new football kits to clubs across the country, as well as the chance to meet the Irish men’s team, we hope to make a positive impact and inspire the next generation of Irish football stars."
