On Saturday afternoon, Galway had six Post Primary Schools involved in All-Ireland Semi-Finals and Finals.
Presentation College Athenry qualified for the Senior A Hurling Final beating St Kierans Kilkenny and Calasanctius College Oranmore booked their place in the B Final with a come from behind win against St Mary's Enniscorthy.
Portumna Community School also made history by adding the Junior B Camogie All-Ireland title to the Senior crown they won two weeks ago.
Unfortunately for Colaiste Bhaile Chlair, Colaiste Einde and Mercy College Woodford, their journey came to an end despite some outstanding performances.
