Almost 30 years ago, Ros na Rún debuted on our screens, and now has weekly viewership around the country and world of over 150,000.
It’s the most concentrated production centre outside Dublin and Wicklow and is the single largest independent production commissioned in the history of Irish broadcasting.
It is the only soap in the world which is produced in the Irish language – providing employment for over 160 cast and crew.
