Over the Line - Sport[qt-spacer]
Over the Line– 8pm to 10pm Monday and Friday, Sundays 2pm to 6pm. A round up of all the latest local and national sport.
Over the Line is Galway Bay FM’s award winning sports show where the very best analysis and interviews are the order of the day.
Broadcasting Monday and Friday nights from 8pm to 10pm Over the Line is presented by Gerry Murphy, Barry Cullinane and George McDonagh. The dynamic trio have already garnered a huge following in less than a year, with regular contributions from well known sporting experts.
The show covers Galway GAA Hurling, Football, Camogie and Ladies Football games as well as every Connacht Rugby game, home and away, and every Galway United match. The team previews and reviews Basketball, Horse Racing, local Soccer and Greyhound Racing and a whole range of other sporting events.
The Over the Line live Monday night sports quiz ‘On the Verge’ proved a huge successful feature in 2018 and is set to return in the new year as 16 pubs from around Galway City and county aim to be crowned champions over 16 weeks of questions posed by quiz master Ollie Turner, Galway Bay FM’s Head of Sport.
