Join people all over Ireland on Saturday 23rd September for The Big Splash for Aware and take a dip at your favourite swim spot to support mental health. Don’t worry if you don’t live near the sea, you can still join us and take a dip in a nearby lake, river, or pool – or even challenge yourself to an ice bath or freezing cold shower!
