Main duties and responsibilities to include:
- Identify the correct parts required for trade, retail and workshop customers
- Process parts orders
- Create and complete parts returns
- Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of JCB and agricultural machinery.
Training will be provided.
