· Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care

· Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development using Aistear & Siolta guidelines

· Monitor and record children's progress

· Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

· Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the childcare setting
