Digital Content Administrator required for Galway Bay Fm

As Digital Content Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the creative concept and delivery of digital content for the Galway Bay Fm brand. You will be responsible for creating, developing and monitoring the content on all our digital and social platforms. The role will also include developing Galway Bay Fm’s brand awareness in the digital market and to increase our brand influence and appeal. This will involve working closely with our on air staff, sales staff, digital and promotional staff to develop our brand style and quality. You will also be asked to employ analytical insights and produce post campaign analysis for our sales department. You will report directly to both the Sales Manager and the Programme Controller. The above list includes key responsibilities however you will be expected to perform duties as necessary by your role and the requirements of the company.

This position is based on a 39 hrs week, a degree of flexibility will be needed as some evening or weekend work may be necessary.

Key responsibilities:

• Source, create and maintain content for our digital platforms in line with our ethos and brand style

• Work to increase our brand awareness and brand influence power • Monitor and maintain quality of all digital creative output (commercial/station promotion output)

• Work with the sales team, on air staff and promotional staff to achieve audience and revenue KPIs

• Utilise SEO and social skills to ensure Galway Bay FM achieves the highest audience possible

• Share innovation and key insights with teams to ensure we remain abreast of latest trends

• Time and resource management with on air staff, promotional staff and the sales team

• Evaluate important metrics that affect our digital traffic and provide PCA’s to relevant teams Personal Qualities

• Experience in a similar role

• A capacity to manage digital campaigns to strict KPIs and deadlines

• A strong understanding of social media audiences and radio audiences

• Knowledge of key social media trends

• Experience with WordPress websites

• Experience with Google Analytics and other relevant insights tools

• Experience in video shooting and video production with Adobe creative suite

• Experience with photography and graphics through Adobe platforms

• Strong administration and presentation skills
