It’s been a long time coming but transatlantic air services at Shannon Airport return today after an absence of almost two years. Today sees the return of the Aer Lingus Shannon to Boston service, followed tomorrow by the recommencement of the Aer Lingus New York service. The 28th March will see the return of the Newark service with United Airlines. Minister of State at the Department of Transport with special responsibility for International and Road Transport and Logistics Hildergarde Naughten joined Sally-Ann in Studio.
