Mayo singer-songwriter RACHEL, who has been releasing music since 2019 has performed her originals in venues such as Whelan’s, the Crowbar and many other settings across the country. Now with a large online following, and recent support & praise shown by some of Ireland’s biggest radio stations, RACHEL has massively shown how lockdown as an independent artist is done, and her most recent single is testament of that.
Speaking of the track, RACHEL says; ‘‘I had lots of fun writing this song and creating metaphors which best display the negative situations in my life that I keep getting pulled back to. ‘Gravity’ is one of the first upbeat songs I have ever released and I am so excited to see how people will interact and relate to this song.’’
RACHEL has been accredited by Hot Press, Goldenplec, RTÉ 2FM, BBC Introducing and SPIN 1038 Plan B's 'One to Watch' as one of the next big up and coming Irish female artists.
Now with three number one singles we are extremely excited to hear what Rachel has in store for her next release.
