President Michael D Higgins has a 5-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog puppy in training. According to Richard Chambers Twitter account, a spokesperson for Áras an Uachtaráin said "Given the times we are in, The President has given him the name 'Misneach' - meaning Courage". It comes after a photo of the pup went viral on Twitter yesterday. Welcome to the family Misneach.
