University of Galway research finds menopause still a taboo in workplace

Research carried out by University of Galway and UCC has found that menopause remains a hidden and taboo subject in the workplace.

68 per cent of people say menopause is not spoken about at work.

The research shows only 1 in 12 have spoken to their manager about it, underlining a lack of trust or fear.
