The newly refurbished Children's Millennium Park on University Road in the city has reopened.
Works included the installation of a new Four Tower Castle multi activity unit, new accessible equipment and sensory equipment.
The refurbishment works were funded by Local Property Tax and Commercial Rates.
The park, which was the first dedicated children's park in Galway, is open Monday to Sunday from 7am to 7pm.
