Work begins on pedestrianisation of Cross Street

Work on the pedestrianisation of Cross Street in the city began today.

Eglington Street and Francis Street will have access restrictions as part of the works.

The plan was approved last month after a consultation period that saw the City Mobility Team receive almost 1000 public submissions.
