Work begins on major new city office block project

Work has begun on a major new office block project in the city this week. (25/03)

The Bonham Quay development is to be located across Dock Road, Queen Street and Bothar na Long and is led by Gerry Barrett's company, Edward Capital

The 28 thousand square metre project will consist of office, retail and restaurant space along with student accommodation.
