It's not the first time that tragedy has struck the Coohill family as Teresa Coohill's two brothers died in separate fishing accidents off the coasts of Galway and Donegal over the past two decades.

Two more brothers died at a relatively young age in England and Teresa tragically lost her own teenage daughter several years ago.

The communities in Claddaghduff and Clifden are trying to come to terms with the tragedy which has shaken the local area.
