Woman hospitalised following crash at Ballindooley Cross

Galway Bay fm newsroom – One woman has been taken to UHG following a crash at Ballindooley Cross.

The two vehicle collision occured after 8am.

The Headford Road was closed for a time resulting in lengthy traffic delays.

The road has since been reopened and Gardai say the woman’s injuries are not believed to be serious.

Meanwhile, Gardai are appealing for information following a head-on two car collision in Rooaunmore, Claregalway yesterday (08/03).

The incident took place just before 3pm.

Four people were taken to UHG with serious injuries.
