Galway Bay fm newsroom - Voter turnout on Galway's islands only reached 50 per cent for the referendum on the 8th Amendment.
50 per cent of voters cast their ballot on Inis Meáin and Inis Oírr but just 45 per cent went to the polls on Inis Mór.
