The investment by Signify Health is expected to create 125 jobs over the next two years.
The firm was founded in 2017 and currently employs more than 2,000 people in the US.
It has a national mobile network of approximately 10 thousand credentialed physicians and nurse practitioners.
For the first phase of recruitment, Signify Health is seeking candidates to fill a range of roles in product management and software engineering.
