Galway Bay fm newsroom - A University of Galway professor has published a study detailing the extent of burnout among hospitality workers.
Dr Elaine Wallace carried out the study alongside Professor Joseph Coughlan of Maynooth University.
It finds that hospitality workers on zero-hour contracts with unspecified working hours are particularly vulnerable to burnout.
Dr Wallace explains how these workers are really feeling.
