University of Galway Camogie Club has secured a sponsorship deal with Ireland's largest indigenous MedTech company- Aerogen, which has its headquarters in Galway city
The camogie club's membership numbers have reached their highest level in years, and is fielding two teams.
The sponsorship comes as Aerogen were looking for unique ways to engage with the community to celebrate their 25th anniversary.
From humble beginnings in a room above a butcher’s shop, the company has grown and expanded its reach, now supporting customers and patients in over 75 countries around the world
Headquartered in Parkmore, Aerogen’s workforce has tripled in the past five years to 500 employees operating in 28 countries.
