Ukraine to get mobile water treatment plant built by Coffeys in Athenry

A mobile water treatment plant, built by Coffeys in Athenry, is on its way to war-torn Ukraine.

It will help to supply communities in need with vital supplies of clean drinking water.

Uisce Éireann donated two containerised WTP systems in 2022 with this third one now ready for shipping.

Coffeys will also provide online support advice at no cost to aid set-up on arrival.

The self-contained unit is capable of treating up to 40,000 litres per hour which will supply 6,200 people.
